Description

If a default model (or comma separated list) is configured in .env file, then the chat settings "Interface" does not reflect the value. Once saved, the user has always no model selected as default
The change adds a fallback to the first model in default model list

Fixed

Interface setting preselects model defined in environment settings

Additional Information

DEFAULT_MODELS in .env could have a comma separated list. The current selector in settings only allows single selection. So saving the setting will always end up with just one model selected.
