"Reference Chats" Feature allows to reference ANY chat

Reference Chats Feature only allows to reference chats that are not pinned or not in a folder

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Pin a Chat
  2. Start a new chat
  3. Attempt to reference the other existing (pinned) chat using the Reference Chat feature

Reference Chats Feature only allows to reference chats that are not pinned or not in a folder.

In my Open WebUI instance, I am able to successfully reference chats that are in a folder, but not pinned chats, as pinned chats do not appear in the Reference Chats chats list.
