Bug Report

Installation Method

OpenWeb UI
Ollama Docker
Ollama bare metal windows

Environment

  • **Open WebUI Version: latest docker

  • **Ollama latest docker lates windows

  • Operating System: windows and docker

Confirmation:

  • I have read and followed all the instructions provided in the README.md.
  • I am on the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
  • I have included the browser console logs.
  • I have included the Docker container logs.
  • I have provided the exact steps to reproduce the bug in the "Steps to Reproduce" section below.

Expected Behavior:

I have phi3.5 pulled both on ollama docker and ollama windows
I would be able to have a model DKR PHI3.5 and WIN PHI3.5

Actual Behavior:

in the openwebui GUI PHI3.5 is present only 1 time and I can't choose betwen docker and windows

Description

Bug Summary:
unability to choose for a define model what ollama will run it

Reproduction Details

Steps to Reproduce:
have 2 ollamas
have the same model on both of them
unable to chose model1 Ollama 1 or model1 Ollama 2
