cloned and what command do you run after?
do you follow https://docs.openwebui.com/getting-started/quick-start ?

activate env, venv, conda, uv... for enviroment &

npm install 
NODE_OPTIONS=--max_old_space_size=12000  npm run build
cd backend
pip install -r requirements.txt
