Expected Behavior

Selected tools should remain enabled, unless deselected by the user.

Actual Behavior

All tools become disabled upon refreshing the page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new conversation using native tool mode.
  2. Enable one or more tools.
  3. Ask LLM to use the tool and wait for its response.
  4. Refresh the page.
  5. All tools get deselected.
