I have searched the existing issues and discussions.

Problem Description

This project deserves a better name. Such a great project should have its own unique identity.

When I've told people about this project, they've been confused by the name. Someone asked me today:
"What was that open chat thing you were talking about, I can't remember the name because it was too generic and when I tried to search for it, I got a bunch of generic search results."

The name "open-webui" does not communicate what the project is about or what it's intended for.
There's no way to get an idea about the project by considering the name.

Desired Solution you'd like

I understand that this sounds like an extreme idea.
Please be open minded about this.

Let's brainstorm some potential ideas for new names.
