Problem Description

STT options only offer openAI/azure/web API as remote endpoints, whereas for TTS elevenlabs is offered.

Desired Solution you'd like

Elevenlabs also have a STT model (Scribe, see https://elevenlabs.io/docs/models#scribe-v1) though, it would be great if you could add elevenlabs API as option for STT with the Scribe model.
