As far as i know there is no way for a normal user to use the workspace feature (its admin only).
It would be nice to have a global workspace which gets shared for all users (like the feature currently works) and additionally a private workspace for each user so that anyone can create their own private prompts for example.

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
