Hello Open-webui Team,

open-webui is a great project that makes it easy to deploy and use LLM.
most authorization is controlled be user group such as Knowledge base.
but after user registration, the real end user becomes a "User" without any group.
if administrator wants all users to have WRITE right for some Knowledge base.
administrator has to assign a particular group to new end user manually.
So I suggest to make it possible to set a default user group for "User".
