On Ubuntu 22.04:
Install Open WebUI via docker with persistence
Install Pipelines via docker
Setup Open WebUI + Pipelines (URL)
Integrate one or more pipelines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
Add API keys for pipelines
Confirm chat works
Install updated Open WebUI on the same persistent volume
Chat no longer works, must manually re-enter and save pipelines API keys
