I registered a normal user account, I noticed that no model selection options are available for normal users. All the "Default permissions"(Used for all users with the User role) are checked , while this is not an issue for administrators. Is this either a setting issue or a bug?

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
