Expected Behavior:

[Write a simple python script that allows a user to input a value for a variable labeled voltage]

Actual Behavior:

[and multiply it by amperage. this is a basic... blah blah blah]

Description

Bug Summary:
[This is a new phenomenon, I have been using open-webui for a couple weeks now with no issues in my chats. When I ask the model a question the response seems to be an addition to my question, followed by a series of strings that are like a conversation the is having with itself or almost like a past conversation. there is often peoples names and ages etc. ]

Reproduction Details

Steps to Reproduce:
[Not exactly sure. Everything was working earlier in the day yesterday. I came back to open-webui later in the day and now I cant get an appropriate response.]
