Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I added my OpenAI API key a bunch of new external models cluttered my model list. Given that OpenAI changes/releases new models over time this will most likely happen again. Rather than disabling models not needed, it's better imo to only enable those needed.

Add an option one can set to mark newly added external models as disabled by default.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
