Bug Report
Description
Whenever I deploy Open WebUI and wait for a few minutes, I can't log in and it keeps saying: Either deploying locally by docker or deploying on Hugging Face, either using docker volume or using remote database, this problem cannot be solved.
Environment
Open WebUI Version: 0.3.7
Operating System: Windows 11, Android 14
Browser (if applicable): Chromium latest

I have read and followed all the instructions provided in the README.md.
I am on the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.

Redeployment(restart the container) can fix this
