Version 0.4.0

My models and knowledge page keeps on loading. Reason for the bug is I deleted user who created those custom models and knowledge. After removing the user where me as admin cant access the models and knowledge in the workspace its just keeps on loading.

Edited: 1. Also I assigned user to the group and gave them models and knowledge permission
2. Tried removing docker and running again doesn't work.

Just wanted to tell you I fixed in my end by deleting models in admin which fixes model. And removed all documents in admin settings then I can see both working now properly. But anyway thanks for fixing 😃
