Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the Admin Settings, the models section now no longer allows the deletion of existing models. It has the option to disable only.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple selection beside the enable/disable button that allows the deletion of the model.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Opening the model in this menu, could also have an option to delete.

Manage Ollama Connections: The "Models" section in Admin Settings has been relocated to Admin Settings > "Connections" > Ollama Connections. You can now manage Ollama instances via a dedicated "Manage Ollama" modal from "Connections", streamlining the setup and configuration of Ollama models.
