Bug Report
Description
Bug Summary:

Model pulling progress disappears after refreshing the page
Steps to Reproduce:
[Outline the steps to reproduce the bug. Be as detailed as possible.]
In the "Search a model" field, enter a non-existing model name
Click "Pull"
Downloading progress shows
Refresh the page
Expected Behavior:
[Describe what you expected to happen.]
5. Click the "Search a model" field, the progress shows
Actual Behavior:
[Describe what actually happened.]
5. Click the "Search a model" field, the progress is gone
6. The model pulling is still processing in the background
7. If I repeat 1-3, I can see the progress again
Environment
Open WebUI Version: [e.g., 0.1.120] main
Ollama (if applicable): [e.g., 0.1.30, 0.1.32-rc1] main
Operating System: [e.g., Windows 10, macOS Big Sur, Ubuntu 20.04] Ubuntu 20.04
I have read and followed all the instructions provided in the README.md.
I am on the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
I have included the browser console logs.
I have included the Docker container logs.
