When deploying openwebui in corporate environments, it would be great to set a default background image for the chat. Ideally, the background image could be set via the admin menu and/or environment variables. I imagine this to work with the following priority:
User Choice
Environment Variable
Setting

1. User Choice
2. Environment Variable
3. Setting
Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
