I have searched the existing issues and discussions.

Problem Description

We are currently able to create notes and maintain them as individual users. However, unlike the regular chats, these notes can't be tracked by users with the Admin role.
This can become an issue when Admin users are unable to track the activities of regular users fully.

Desired Solution you'd like

An option in the Admin panel against each user account to view the list of notes maintained by that user would be desired.
Additionally, being able to view the history of that note would make logistics more efficient.
Also, the number of notes maintained by that user should be displayed at the top of the modal containing this list.

Alternatives Considered

None

Additional Context

A simple button, similar to how chats of regular users are displayed, should be shown that opens a modal containing that user's notes.
