Problem Description
Hello,
Is there a way to enable the "Memory" feature under the "Personalization" section in the settings by default?
Also, is it possible to set default values for this setting?
Desired Solution you'd like
It would be very helpful if this could be defined via an environment variable, or if it could be toggled on/off from an admin panel.

I'm very interested in this too — will it be prioritised?
