Bug Summary:
The web search functionality is unstable, At random, it provides an unexpected response indicating it cannot perform real-time web searches, even though it was functioning moments earlier, this behavior occurs inconsistently and is not tied to any specific query.
Reproduction Details
Steps to Reproduce:
Ask several consecutive questions that require a Web Search.
Additional Information
Tested with two search engines, DuckDuckGo and Bing Search; the inconsistent behavior occurs on both.
The issue seems unrelated to specific queries and appears to happen randomly.
