Changelog Entry

Description

update_chat_by_id wrote the JSON blob but never synced the normalized chat_message rows. Readers of the fast path (analytics, outlet handler, load_messages_from_db) returned stale data, and deleted messages reappeared on reload because their rows persisted.

To reproduce:

Send a message and let the AI respond.
Edit the AI's response.
Send a second message and let the AI respond.
Edit the first AI response again and regenerate the latest response.
The second edit appears reverted.

Root cause: dual-write was wired into insert_new_chat, import_chats, and upsert_message_to_chat_by_id_and_message_id, but not update_chat_by_id.
