Updated Swedish translation rebased on latest dev branch. All strings translated.

Resolves conflicts from #23132.

✅ All translation strings have been personally reviewed against the Swedish language standards (Språkrådet conventions, du-tilltal)
✅ Tested by:
- Running msgfmt --check on the translation file — passes with no errors
- Verified all format placeholders ({0}, {count}, etc.) are preserved correctly
- Cross-referenced against our Translation Memory (1.2M verified en→sv pairs)
- Ran automated quality checks (review-po-v3) with 10+ linguistic/technical checks
✅ This is a pure i18n change (sv-SE locale file only) — no functional code changes

This brings Swedish (sv-SE) to 100% coverage.
