Description

This pull request introduces new keyboard shortcuts to the Shortcuts Modal and enhances the newly added shortcut descriptions with tooltips for better clarity and user understanding.

Added

New "Stop Generating" keyboard shortcut (Esc) with a clarifying tooltip.
New "Prevent file creation" keyboard shortcut (Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + V) with a clarifying tooltip.
Import and usage of the Tooltip Svelte component (../common/Tooltip.svelte).
An explanatory note for situational shortcuts (marked with an asterisk) at the bottom of the Keyboard shortcuts section.

Changed

The "Generate prompt pair" keyboard shortcut was reordered from the first column to the second column for better categorization.
The section title "Input commands" was changed to "Chat Input commands" to more accurately reflect its content.
Shortcut descriptions now include a small asterisk (*) where applicable, linking to the new explanatory note.

Additional Information

These changes aim to improve the discoverability and understanding of available keyboard shortcuts, enhancing the overall user experience within the application.
