Description

When left-clicking and dragging a conversation element and attempting to drop it in the chat, the WebUI should not allow the chat to be dragged and dropped. Instead, the WebUI should maintain the current state and not display any notifications.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Left-click and drag a conversation element.
  2. Attempt to drop it in the chat as a document.
