I have searched for all existing open AND closed issues and discussions for similar requests. I have found none that is comparable to my request.
Verify Feature Scope
I have read through and understood the scope definition for feature requests in the Issues section. I believe my feature request meets the definition and belongs in the Issues section instead of the Discussions.
Problem Description
I want to quickly move a bunch of conversations to different folders.
Currently; you move conversation to folder B; now you select a new conv and now folder B is put in a seemingly random (or not useful) position in the select.
This is especially painful when you start to have more folders and subfolders (which are together with tags imo; an incredibly useful feature of open-webui vs other providers)
Desired Solution you'd like
Lvl 1 improvement (this would already be huge)
Most recent selected folder to top
Allows you to very quickly move to the same folder subsequently
Alternative:
Fixed order by name (already better then jumping around randomly)
=>
Imo worse option; as when you get to many directories this option will overall take you more time, usually you only organise a few at a time more frequently anyway.
