Problem Description

The + button for creating new workspace items is pretty small, especially compared to the overall window size, making it hard to notice for new users:

Desired Solution you'd like

While the whole workspace UI might benefit from a revisit, I think a quick fix for the moment would be to simply make the button larger and potentially play with outline etc.
