I have read and followed all the instructions provided in the README.md.
I am on the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
I have included the browser console logs.
I have included the Docker container logs.
I have provided the exact steps to reproduce the bug in the "Steps to Reproduce" section below.
Expected Behavior:
Using OpenAI, users should be able to access all of the OpenAI models when upgrading from 0.3 to 0.4.
Actual Behavior:
Upgrading from 0.3.35 to 0.4.2/0.4.3 results in users getting the Model not selected error, then when they click select a model, there are no models found to select. Reverting back to 0.3.35 restores functionality.
This happens even after enabling the "Model access" permission on the default user group.
