Improve user experience when enabling an MCP server tool with OAuth 2.1 authentication

Fixed

Fixes this behaviour: When enabling an MCP server with OAuth 2.1 in chat tools, a new tab is opened asking the user to log in, but the original tab is never notified about the result.
