Description

This pull request enhances the chat cloning functionality to ensure that all relevant chat metadata, including tags, pinned status, and folder association, are also cloned.

Changed

Updated clone_chat_by_id and clone_shared_chat_by_id in backend/open_webui/routers/chats.py to also clone the chat's tags, pinned status, and folder ID.
Updated insert_shared_chat_by_chat_id and update_shared_chat_by_chat_id in backend/open_webui/models/chats.py to also clone the chat's tags, pinned status, and folder ID.

Fixed

Cloning a chat now also clones the tags, pinned status, and folder associated with it.
Cloning a shared chat now also clones the tags, pinned status, and folder associated with it.

Additional Information

This change was made to ensure that when a chat is cloned, it accurately reflects the state of the original chat, including its metadata. This provides a more consistent and intuitive user experience.
