Resolved N+1 query performance issue in prompts retrieval by implementing batch user fetching with optimized lookup patterns

Modified get_prompts method in PromptsTable class to use batch user fetching
Implemented dictionary-based O(1) user lookup instead of individual queries
Reduced database query count from 1+N to 1+1 pattern for prompt listings

Improved response times for prompt list endpoints through optimized database access patterns
