According to Ollama API official documentation, in all those endpoints parameter name was renamed to model for consistency.

This PR is a fix to bug https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/issues/15518 which was initially identified on Ollama API Endpoint `POST /ollama/api/show`
@rgaricano confirmed and reproduced the bug - see https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/issues/15518#issuecomment-3035368451
