Stop unwanted /tasks/tags/completions calls after image generation.
When the user rates a message generated by an image-only model (capabilities = { image_generation: true }) the frontend no longer requests auto-tags; chat-capable models keep the original behaviour.

### Additional Information

This PR:
1. Detects “image-only” models (capabilities object equals { image_generation: true }).
2. Skips generateTags() for those models.
3. Keeps original behaviour for chat-capable models.
4. Stores generated images back into message.files.
