Expected Behavior

I except that the --color-gray-50 .... --color-gray-950 are available at the root css theme layer.

Actual Behavior

The current implementation uses the old tailwindcss.config.js to override the gray color using theme.extend.color.gray but the problem is that with TailwindCSS v4 we should use the @theme layer within our src/tailwind.css file to set root theme variables. Now if we inspect our CSS there is no --color-gray-x variable defined.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Docker v24.0.5 and start the service.
2. Clone the Open WebUI repo (git clone ...).
3. Use the Docker Compose file without modifications.
4. Open browser Chrome 115.0 in incognito mode.
5. Go to http://localhost:3000
6. Open the developer inspector (Right click on the dom and select 'Inspect')
7. Open the Styles tab and filter on 'root'
8. Observe that the --color-gray-x is missing
