Add compatible with older browsers (>=Chrome 89)

The current version will have the following issues:

Clicking on recording on older versions of iOS devices will result in a direct error (due to kokoro js using await for ReadableStream)
In Chrome versions below 111, elements with tailwindcss color class will lose color.
