I am using the latest v0.5.18 that supposed to fix the connectivy issues over LAN regarding the security (http)

But when trying to use microphone or use the call feature on iOS on the same network, I still get the message "Permission denied when accessing media devices"

What exactly does v0.5.18 fix in regards to the issue with insecure over LAN connections? does it only effect android devices for now?
