Bug Report

Get problem for xls or xlsx files , also for ppt and pptx

Description

When I upload a files type xls or xlsx , ppt or pptx , I get a strange message : Something went wrong :/ <urlopen error EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:997)> when is an excel file type and for ppt Something went wrong :/ soffice command was not found. Please install libre office on your system and try again. - Install instructions: https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/install-howto/ - Mac: https://formulae.brew.sh/cask/libreoffice - Debian: https://wiki.debian.org/LibreOffice. ( I have libre office install )

Steps to Reproduce:
just upload a files xls , maybe the naming as problem ? doesn't like the space into the file name ? OEF shall be this problem I guess

Expected Behavior:
That no matter the name of the files , must be able to take it. Many of users , they name them files without respecting the naming convention

For ppt . I don't know maybe add a pip library can make ppt be also analyzed by

  • Browser (if applicable): [e.g., Chrome 100.0, Firefox 98.0] Safari 17.4.1
