The current spacing between paragraphs feels too narrow, making the text feel cramped. Additionally, the spacing before and after horizontal rules is too wide, disrupting the visual flow.

Paragraphs: Increase the whitespace or margin between paragraphs to improve readability and visual appeal.
Horizontal Rules: Reduce the margin before and after the horizontal rules so they appear closer to the surrounding content.
