What is the issue?

I’m using Qwen3.5:9b with the Copilot extension in VCode. I was using version 0.17.4, which worked fine. Now that I’ve updated to the latest version (v0.18.0), all the models are becoming unstable and can’t work properly. Every prompt ends up in an error.

“Image”

I’m going to downgrade for now.
Is there a specific change that could be linked to this strange behavior?
