What is the issue?

After updating to 0.16.0, I noticed the new chat button moved up to hide under the window controls used for minimising, maximising, and zooming the windows. This leads to accidental clicks to close the window when you are trying to enter something in the GUI.

Attached is a screenshot of the issue.

Please note this issue is seen on Tahoe 26.3; this said I was running the previous build after updating to the latest version of Tahoe and did not see this issue.
