What is the issue?

I'm experiencing error with vulkan. My GPU is Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics, and I exprience various type of errors.
First of all, sometimes I think ollama doesn't clean the memory correctly, and it uses the full memory. But if I restart the pc, then works much better, without the full memory ocupied.
Later sometimes I use karakeep with gemma3, and usually the responses are fast in the start, like only lasting a few seconds or a minute, but later it takes a lot of time the respond the same type of requests.

Relevant log output

I don't have it now and I don't have a lot of time to reproduce it, but later I could reproduce the bugs and paste the logs.
