What is the issue?

Hello. i'm Security Researcher. love it ollama.
I was submit Vulnerability Report 4 months ago via hello@ollama.com.
The report was forwarded to Jeffrey Morgan, who responded that the issue had been patched.
The vulnerability I reported was patched at https://github.com/ollama/ollama/pull/13164.

I need Ollama Staff's assistance in issuing a CVE and receiving a reward for this vulnerability.
This process is handled through huntr.dev, and my report will only be accepted if it is approved by the maintainer.
