When adjusting the items in my menubar on macOS I noticed a "weird" app in the menubar settings called com.github.Squirrel and it turns out to be Ollama actually (that icon disappeared when I disabled this app)

The name is probably set by https://github.com/squirrel and not overridden by Ollama

macOS 26.0.1 (25A362) and Ollama 0.12.6 (0.12.6)

There are actually 2 items that I just noticed, Ollama itself is also there (and the icon disappears too when I disable this one)
