Am i missing something, im just writing a connector for Ollama cloud and integrating tool calls.
Ive done it for OpenRouter, they seem to have "function_id" fields on their function calls but Ollama doesnt seem to use them?

How do you post the response to the specific tool call you have just run to give the models the results?
