What is the issue?

I’ve just updated the Ollama software. I’m using it in API mode, but whenever requests are triggered, the Ollama window pops up, showing the chat interface with the model. In this state, it’s quite inconvenient. The previous version of Ollama didn’t have this issue—it just quietly sat in the system tray.

Is there a way to disable this behavior?

I might be able to turn it off on my own system, but this is part of a program, and end users may not be able to do that themselves. Ideally, this should be disabled by default.

I had the same experience. Version 0.12.6 seems to require a reboot on windows after upgrading.
