What is the issue?

Problem i see in model with charset encoding : Qwen3-Coder:30b (new ) and ollama 0.12.2
in ollama 0.11.11 working ok, problem after update from 0.11.11 to 0.12.2

example: "W swoim pokoju miał wielk�� szafę z książkami,"
problem: ��
