ollama-linux-amd64-rocm.tgz only contains the ROCm libraries. See here for instructions on doing a manual install.

Thanks for the update!
a bit unfortunate and confusing... i had to download 2 1GB files just to get a single go binary that is 30MB...
my 2 cents :)
