This PR adds Spring AI Playground to Community Integrations > Chat Interfaces > Desktop.

Spring AI Playground is a cross-platform (macOS / Windows / Linux) desktop app that connects AI conversations to real actions through executable MCP tools. It includes:

  • Tool Studio — build and validate executable MCP tools with a GUI
  • Built-in MCP Server — publish tools and expose them to MCP-compatible hosts (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
  • Vector Database — index knowledge for RAG workflows
  • Agentic Chat — combine tools and indexed documents in a single conversation flow

Ollama is supported as a default provider alongside OpenAI and other OpenAI-compatible APIs, so users can run the full tool-building and agentic chat workflow on local Ollama models.
