No telemetry, Ollama is fully local. If you are using a service/ project that wraps an Ollama server then there might be some telemetry, but that's a question for the other service.

As an addendum, Ollama will make external connections to download a model if asked to. An Ollama server can be fully air gapped without affecting performance, the model would just need to be manually copied into the model directory.
