What is the issue?

The model uses GPU memory but does not use the GPU, is it an error or the model or is it running on GPU??? 1050ti GPU and it does not mutate, it only fills the memory

Same bug. Windows 11 laptop with rtx4060, can not use GPU under 0.7.0 and 0.7.1.
